Free Recipe Book - Menu ideas, shopping lists, resources, and many helpful hints.  Many have said it reads like a book with all the clever antidotes that are throughout.  It's very inspiring and will make you eager to get in the kitchen and nourish your family.   The e-cook book is over 200 pages.  You may want to copy and bind in a notebook.   It has been a labor of love from all of us.

Networking Opportunities - You’ll be listed in our city and state member directory; so you can connect with other members nearby.   You can also mention any services offered such as being a Body Ecology Health Coach, Colon therapist, Cranial Sacral therapist, Doctor, or some other service that we recommend on this site.  The director must approve the service to be listed and the professional referral service is for free just the first year.
