Our daughter's wedding made us a "new"
family of five! It was a wonderful time in Arizona. Attendees from across the country-Seattle to Boston were all
brought together as "one" for the joyous event.
I became interested in the BEDROK group after hearing about how the Body Ecology Diet helps autistic
children. I was curious about "how" and "why" the diet works. The group that someone labeled "the
smartest Moms on the planet" has been a great resource. Nothing less than a revelation for me! The kinship and support
has been more than ever expected! The kitchen skills discussed have helped make Body Ecology a solid lifestyle for us!
As a clinician, I have been
able to apply many of the principles learned in my 35 year nursing career to gain deeper insights into how our bodies respond
to the Body Ecology Diet.
BEDROK
is not just for families with young children. It is for all of us who care about healing ourselves, the generations we see
today and those in the future!
